Our Story

Years ago, I was staying in a log cabin in British Columbia, helping my grandfather build his new home. The weather was cold, and the work was hard, but every morning I had something to look forward to… The owners of the cabins roasted coffee, and each morning there was a fresh bag ready to start the day. Ever since this trip I have been chasing that experience, and have been unable to replicate it with store bought coffee. Up Coffee was born, I immersed myself in the ins and outs of coffee roasting and began roasting my own coffee at home. We set up a roadside stand where locals could get fresh coffee anytime they happen to drive by. And as my roasting output increased, we were able to start providing bags of coffee for neighbors to enjoy at home. I hope share this experience with as many people as I can, and if you are not opposed to supporting a small local business, I hope to share it with you as well!
